Sapphire and Diamond Necklace, Cartier

The articulated necklace to the front set with a heart-shaped sapphire weighing 43.60 carats, decorated with pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 56.70 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, signed and numbered 610 023, length approximately 420mm.
Accompanied by an original signed box.

Accompanied by GRS report numbered GRS2018-128691, dated 18 December 2018, stating that the 43.60 carat sapphire is natural, Vivid Blue (GRS type "Royal Blue") colour, of Sri Lankan origin, with indication of thermal treatment.
